fourth in a series ~ Oceanside for Graduation

The original plan was to go to San Diego for a group reunion and see Doreen matriculate into CCI's advanced training. The plan got slightly thwarted when Doreen was released early for medical reasons. Of course, we still made the best of it - and luckily, we got to reunite with some other friends along the way. Above and below, Halor is posing with her son, Davis, from her first litter (dad is Terrell). Davis is an extremely handsome guy and his puppy raisers raved about him. We wish him luck in Advanced Training!

After meeting up with Davis and his puppy raisers, we reunited with Irish, Izzy's brother from Halor's second litter with Sequoia. Izzy is on the left, Irish is on the right.

Irish was so happy to see him Mom, he gave her a little kiss...

After graduation, just about all of the dogs had a roll on the grass in the sunshine (not pictured - since, afterall, we were at CCi graduation, behaving ourselves. We decided to line them up again - just for the fun of it... Below are: Hennessy, Halor, Izzy, Piniella, and Prairie (note how in most photos, Halor and the loving young man are separated by one or two dogs...)

I think we pushed our luck when we decided to line six of them up for a shot ~ Hennessy decided to leave when Calendar joined us.

Graduation was terrific, as usual. We enjoyed the graduation of nine teams and we reunited with friends Jamie and Nancy from the Gold Rush Champions group in the NWR. Post graduation, we had a late lunch and went shopping - another perfect day!

Irish loved seeing his mom and sis and all his extended family. He still keeps asking me when we are going up north to hang out with his mom and sis, particulary in that big entirely fenced in lake area. Irish hopes Izzy's feet are better because he thinks she looks better with her dog feet than her big yellow duck feet.
